How do you charge for the service?
We charge for ingesting, processing and searching your data. Storing your data is 100% free.  
What's the difference between the free, starter and enterprise plans?
The free and starter plans are set bundles. They come with a certain amount of ingest and search each month with access to our standard ingest model. Enterprise plans are usage based with volume discounts, access to our premium ingest model and white glove service.
What is premium ingest?
Our standard ingest model is trained on 100K+ pages of data across many industries. It is highly accurate at text, tables and forms. Our premium ingest service is even more accurate at tables and forms and has very high accuracy on graphics such as charts, graphs, diagrams and more. Premium ingest also comes with human-in-the-loop quality control to ensure near perfect ingest.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your current data plan will revert to free at the end of your service month.
What happens to my data if I cancel my paid plan?
Your data stays safe and sound. Remember we don't charge for storage. However, if you want to query your data at scale, you'll need a paid plan.
